MrDelegate provides a managed AI assistant hosted on a dedicated virtual private server. The service includes OpenClaw software, morning brief delivery, inbox triage capabilities, and integrations via Composio.
$47/month billed monthly. 3-day free trial — your card is charged after the trial unless you cancel. All payments processed by Stripe. No refunds for partial months.
You may not use MrDelegate to send spam, violate laws, access systems without authorization, or conduct any activity that violates third-party terms of service (including your AI provider's terms).
You own your data. We provide the infrastructure. You are responsible for the content processed by your agent and for maintaining appropriate API keys and integrations.
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced 24h in advance. No SLA credits are provided under this plan.
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your VPS data is deleted within 30 days.
MrDelegate is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
