1. Free Trial Details
Enter your card details for verification — you won't be charged during the trial.
Full access to MrDelegate services. No restrictions, no limitations.
Cancel before day 3 ends = $0 charged, ever. Keep using = $47/month billing starts.
Important: Your trial timer starts the moment your VPS provisions (usually within 60 seconds of signup). You'll receive a confirmation email with your exact trial end time.
2. Subscription Billing
Cancel anytime • No annual commitment
- Day 0-3: $0 (free trial period)
- Day 4: First $47 charge if you haven't cancelled
- Monthly thereafter: $47 on the same calendar day each month
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt for every charge. If a payment fails, you'll have 7 days to update your payment method before service suspension.
3. How to Cancel
Log in → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Instant with confirmation email.
Send "Cancel my subscription" to hello@mrdelegate.ai. Processed within 24 hours.
Call (888) 793-0291. We'll cancel immediately and send confirmation.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediately: No future charges. Service continues until current period ends.
- End of billing period: Service stops, VPS is suspended.
- 30 days later: All data permanently deleted. Cannot be recovered.
4. Refund Policy
❌ No Refunds For
- Partial months of service
- Change of mind after trial period
- Unused time in current billing period
- Technical issues resolved within 48 hours
✅ Full Refunds For
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailable for more than 48 hours
- Unauthorized charges due to account compromise
- Technical issues preventing basic functionality
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@mrdelegate.ai
- Include: Your email, charge date, and reason for refund request
- We'll review your case within 2 business days
- If approved: Refund processed within 5-10 business days
5. Billing Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please email hello@mrdelegate.ai. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Note on Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We're always willing to work with customers on legitimate billing concerns.
6. Data & Export
Before cancelling, you may want to export your data:
- Agent memory files: Download from Dashboard → Files
- Conversation history: Available in Dashboard → Activity
- Connected integrations: Remain connected until you manually disconnect
- API keys: Remain in your AI provider accounts (we don't store them)
